About this work

Taking part in this venture taught me a lot about my capabilities and the work environment of a designer. As Design and Production Manager I had to make certain that every week we deliver the customers pieces according to the plan. Innovating on the workflow and conceiving new systems to create a more efficient and effective production. I also gain resources about how to cope with other people in a business level: workers, bosses and suppliers; and got to understand how important is good and clear communication.
